 Denise McCormack, LLC retains copyright of all original video work. Clients are granted permission to use completed videos for agreed-upon purposes. Editing, repurposing, or third-party redistribution requires prior approval.

Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the completed work for agreed-upon purposes, including educational, promotional, and organizational use across websites, social media, and public presentations.

To preserve the integrity of the work, videos may not be altered, edited, or repurposed without prior permission. Redistribution beyond the original scope of the project, including third-party use, also requires permission.
